There’s something lovely about gathering around a table with a cake in front of you and nowhere else to be. In these seasonal workshops, I share the techniques I use in my own kitchen—then we get our hands into it.

Expect a relaxed, welcoming space to try, taste, ask questions, and make a few happy imperfections along the way. You don’t need to arrive knowing how; curiosity is plenty.
