About Me

I’ve spent the better half of my life’s work in Food. Barista for 6 years, Waitressing across the world, making food in cafes, living and working on farms in Peru, Canada, and the US.

I lived communally for 4 years cooking for anywhere from 6-15 people weekly traveling between Hawaii and New Zealand where we’d grow and cook communally. I’ve cooked for gatherings, events and celebrations.

Somehow in all of my adventures and travels I’d find myself in places where food was the soul of the experiences.

From picking apples in Canada, to a permaculture farm in Peru, from the busy trendy streets and cafes in Melbourne Australia. I’ve been Vegan, fasted on fruit, cleansed, worked with master plants in the amazon, sat with Ayahuasca for months and every kind of diet under the sun.

These days I’m not gallivanting across the world or living communally. Instead, most days you’ll find me in my kitchen or my garden, in Hawaii. At night you’ll find me on the couch with my husband with a cookbook or herbalism book on the couch.

Wholistic Pantry was a vision of good wholesome living, a return to nature, and natural food. It’s a combination of all my experiences, an intention to bring you back to yourself, and a return to Mother Earth herself.
